I've delayed to introduce more test coverage because of the original attempt with python-gitlab-mock implements a GitLab mock in a way that doesn't scale. This has to be solved by learning how the origin python-gitlab does the tests and reproduce here known situations saw in our work.

But there are objects in this project that can be tested without this dependency. So, it is time to increase the coverage on those elements.
