Some jobs in multiple stages without the expectations managed

Some jobs weren't listed in the yaml structure who knows where are the expectation files for the mesa jobs.

This double structure leads us to this situation where changes in the job names or insertions requires a modification here. StructuredLogging may help storing this information as information in the artifact so then this tool can check this information there.
