Include compiler-macros.h in lzw/ftzopen.h

While updating https://github.com/unicode-org/text-rendering-tests to a newer FreeType version I've noticed that this include is missing. Though my understanding of C project structuring is too lacking to explain why this is only a problem with their custom CMakeLists.txt and not with the regular build.
