Add web engines.

Bermler requested to merge directwrite/freetype-web2:webbrow3 into master

Although the front page is not supposed to be a comprehensive list, web browsers are highly relevant and developments in browser development (notably Chromium/Skia) have led to improvements in FreeType. For that reason I think they deserve an honorable mention.
