Added more details to meta description tags

This adds more detailed meta tags to some of the documentation (the manually written ones). This should help with SEO (higher rankings in Google/Duckduckgo-Bing), page optimization, and more. It should also help machines more easily get a gist about what the content is about (messaging apps use the meta description for link previews).
