d-f-s: handle exceptions
If we want d-f-s to stay alive for a good amount of time (do we?), we should likely do a better job at handling exceptions.
Right now I have seen 2 exceptions:
- if a container still references an image (should be fixed with #2 )
- if a container/image has been deleted in the background (likely that
docker-gc
kicked in, or simply something else happened)
We should be selective on the exceptions, to not paper over them too quickly.
