There is nothing scary in this release, mostly because we already switched to postgresql 12 a while ago.

The only thing that might be an issue is the custom Issuer in the freedesktop chart, so I thing we should:

kubectl -n gitlab delete issuer freedesktop-prod-issuer
helmfile -e packet-HA -l chart=gitlab -i apply
helmfile -e packet-HA -l chart=freedesktop -i apply

(note that there are some uncommitted changes currently deployed for minio and OPA, but given those are not necessary the final ones, I haven't pushed them. So we need to restrict the deployment to the charts we care about)
