Use the new hookiedookie export feature in ackuser and damspam

Change ackuser and damspam to use the export feature instead passing the payload to the respective tool 1. This makes the actual tool invocations a lot simpler since they're now just called with a URL and no payload parsing is required.

  1. fwiw, I'm planning to remove those features from both tools after merging, no point maintaining those ↩
