damspam: run sanitize-profiles in response to scheduled pipelines

Damspam has a scheduled pipeline that runs every hour. That pipeline does nothing (see [1]) but it should trigger the webhook that a pipeline was created.

We can wait for that webhook and run damspam sanitize profiles in response.
