bugbot: fix "Failed to extract project name"
We were using the base class RequestWebhookTemplate which was hardcoding
"damspam webhook request: " as the prefix.
This worked for damspam, but not for bugbot
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
