Building in forks started failing after updating which reference we used
Monado (very happily!) uses these templates, I think they're awesome. I recently overhauled our stuff to be mostly generated by ci-fairy which made it a lot clearer, however, for some reason new forks of the project have build failures, unable to grab the image. e.g. monado/monado!1093 (merged) https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/utzcoz/monado/-/jobs/17920486 even though it looks like it copied the image to the fork's container repo just fine. (Curiously it worked fine on my fork, but not on this new contributor's fork.)
The commit that changed our CI was this: monado/monado!1087 (merged) We'll be reverting that temporarily until I get this figured out.
(Yes it broke our packaging too in a curious way, but I think I have that part worked around at least).
I did review the diff between new and old .gitlab-ci.yml files and while it's a big change, I don't think anything important got excluded. This is why I suspect it might be upstream-related. (Blame upstream, right?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
