<glob> does not expand `~` as home directory
<glob>
does not support paths relative to user's home directory (~
). This can be useful when e.g. sharing user dotfiles across multiple systems with different username:
<selectfont>
<rejectfont>
<glob>~/.local/share/fonts/bitmap</glob>
</rejectfont>
</selectfont>
I am willing to contribute patch for this, for PoC I simply used FcStrCopyFilename()
but I am not sure if I understand correctly FcConfigHome()
enablement/disablement. Theoretically glob starting with ~
can be in system-level config too and probably should work. Or does disabling FcConfigHome()
also discard any font lookup in ~
?
