Moldovan (mo) orthography has both Latin and Cyrillic

Description

The Moldovan (mo) orthography file has both Latin characters and Cyrillic characters.

There are a few problems here:

  • Cyrillic has been abandoned since 1989.
  • ISO has deprecated "mo", recommending everybody used the "ro" code (Romanian)
  • There is a disputed region called Transnistria, part of Moldova, that still writes the language in Cyrillic.
  • There may be orthographical differences between Romania and Moldova.

Investigating.
