strange verbose message on updating cache

This was introduced by the change of 7ae24b45 and always loading the font caches and rebuild as needed during calling FcInit().
We may need to think about other way to indicate the status on updating or just drop it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
