Sebastian Wick requested to merge swick/wayland-protocols:ycbcr-conversion into ycbcr-conversion

There are a few problems with this:

  • it's not clear when which code points are applicable
  • how to deal with flags (VideoFullRangeFlag) both in advertising support and in setting them on a surface
  • doesn't mention code values yet which depend on transfer characteristics and/or colorimetry
