edid: add support for color point descriptors

Sebastian Wick requested to merge swick/libdisplay-info:color-point-descriptor into main

Checked linuxhw/EDID but didn't find a single blob making use of it. The last color related base EDID feature is Display Color Management but it also is in no blob and references a VESA standard that's no where to be found as well.
