Update json-c wrap to upstream wrapdb URL

I've submitted the json-c wrap upstream and it was just merged. So we can use that instead of my own repo.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
