Some patches to stabilize the stack
Sync up ring ops with i915, with in-fences on multi-GT binds, optimize choice to use CPU for binds, only handle page fault when VM in fault mode, valid BO on CPU fault, and add start using vfunc for rings ops.
After this series, xe_exec_basic is passing reliably a 2 tile PVC.
