Load firmware section to sgtable

Abdiel Janulgue requested to merge abj/nova-drm:nova-abj into nova

Just collecting for quick feedback regarding my approach and the corresponding initial rust bindings before fine-tuning this even more and proceeding to build the radix3 table out of the elf section. Note that the previous dma coherent allocator bindings are also missing from the nova-drm branch as well so I put it back.
