fifo: LB_ERROR - when using a geforce GT710 in PCIe X1 port

I have an issue with my geforce GT710 PCIe X1 card. When it is plugged in PCIe X1 port it does not work. The screen hangs after the driver is loaded. Plugged in X16 port it works as expected. With nomodeset parameter it is possible to boot, but X is not working. I have also tested with a radeon hd 6450 in the X1 port which is working.

I am running gentoo linux with 5.15.5 kernel, but have also tested several other distributions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
