msm: pull in the PSR support
Merge in msm-fixes into msm-next, then pull the eDP Panel-Self-Refresh patchset. Daniel Vetter asked for these patches to hit the drm tree earlier than rc6 because of the first three patches, which touch generic drm code.
msm-fixes is included prevent additional merge conflicts later. Several pending patches for this cycle depend on msm-fixes (especially the catalog restructure). Merging -fixes now would save us from merging it later, when msm-next branch diverges significantly from msm-fixes.
