Divide-by-zero regression in nv50_msto_atomic_check on DisplayPort unplug

I sent this patch to dri-devel mailing list but got no feedback, so opening a bug here too to make sure this doesn't get missed. There is a divide-by-zero regression in nv50_msto_atomic_check, see https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/dri-devel/2024-February/440992.html for details and patch.
