dim: interactive mode

Only for rebuild-nightly right now, where it's especially useful to
create fixup patches for the exactly right merge using dim
cat-to-fixup. Especially when the conflict is silent and hence
rebuild-nightly wouldn't naturally stop. Or when there's a wrong
solution stored in the rr cache.
