Stuff Summit and Sean noticed while testing the new dim:
- Run git fetch in setup to make sure we can create tracking branches.
- Don't fall over the lack of .git/rr-cache.
- Handle drm-intel-next specially in dim checkout since it's a dim
  branch, but not included in drm-tip.
