The important part here is
'rc6' != 'ts[1] - ts[0]' (0 not within +20%/-20% tolerance of 3e+09)
We never entered rc6, like #1861 (closed), something kept the system [PCU] consuming full power while completely idle. Maybe a PCU bug, maybe something holding forcewake.
