Already marked NOTOURBUG. This seems to be a recurring issue from time to time (e.g. https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198519) as an internal issue with the e1000e ethernet driver. Brute force WAs include load and unload of the e1000e driver around suspend/resume in systemd.

CI logs only go back so far for fi-tgl-y so not clear when this started, but it is passing on the fi-tgl-u and shards TGL boards.
