added platform: EHL label

Test-tilingchange, alternates between tiled and untiled frontbuffers of the same size and format through multiple different APIs: the page flip IOCTL, normal modesets and the plane APIs. EXPECTED RESULTS FBC gets properly disabled for the untiled FB and re-enabled for the tiled FB.

For the given issue, there is assert failure while fbc is getting disabled i.e. fbc remained enabled instead of being disabled while setting untiled frontbuffer.

According to ci_bug_log issue is 97.5 % reproducible (78 / 80 runs). Severity should be high. And it looks like its a regression.
