EHL: the screen flickers/blurs in idle mode

I built the latest kernel from the drm-tip branch dmesg dmesg_6.2_drm.txt (don't pay attention to version 6.2.0). Immediately after the appearance of the desktop, the behavior of the screen begins as in the video. It stops only if there are external interrupts from the mouse or keyboard, or if the lock screen saver is running. I tried to load with kernel parameters in different combinations, but to no avail: intel_idle.max_cstate=0 (1,2,3,4) and(or) i915.enable_psr=0 and(or) i915.enable_dc=0

I also experimented with different firmware from the latest linux package-firmware for dmc, guc and huc. The behavior and frequency of the appearance of screen distortions does not change.

There are no such distortions on the latest stable core 5.15.93 after booting, but if you go into suspend mode, then exactly such distortions are observed. After booting, distortions appear if you boot with the kernel parameter i915.fastboot=0. xrandr.txt Video: video_2023-02-10_19-41-53
