[Arc A380] white flickering when using arc as a secondary gpu

System information

• OS: Arch Linux
• GPU: Intel DG2 [Arc A380]
• Kernel version: 6.0.0
• Mesa version: Mesa 22.2.0 (also tested with mesa git)
• Desktop manager and compositor: KDE Plasma wayland (also tried standalone gamescope)

Describe the issue

Anything rendered by the Intel GPU displays white flickering at the bottom of the window, as seen in the video.
