No HDMI signal i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] *ERROR* crtc 131: Can't calculate constants, dotclock = 0!
No signal comes from the HDMI connection, after booting with hdmi connected dmesg logs the error message i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] *ERROR* crtc 131: Can't calculate constants, dotclock = 0!
but eDP display works properly. If the kernel cmd line parameter i915.modeset=0
is set or if the i915 module is blacklisted so the HDMI works with a fixed resolution with no further options as screen rotation for example.
