Intel GPU hang while using blender 2.83
Blender 2.83 appears to crash the Intel GPU driver after any amount of usage, usually ranging from 30 seconds of use to a few minutes. While in its "crashed" state, it appears that the last 6 frames are played on loop erratically and only the ability to control the mouse remains. Switching to a different tty works and can execute commands.
Steps: Install and launch Blender 2.83
- Move the viewport around, doesn't matter which direction
- Change view mode from solid to material or rendered, then switch back
Continue to do this until the driver crashes. This is reproducible on my machine, and happens every time.
I do not know who else is affected by this bug.

Display connector is internal laptop, I do not know.
