5.7.5 boot panic in intel_psr_atomic_check+0x33/0xA0 when booting with Thunderbolt dock plugged in

This is a regression from 5.6 (i.e. hasn't happened with 5.6 or prior).

I'll try to capture a better trace (would appreciate boot-time options to set to prevent trace from scrolling). Machine requires hard power off afterwards as kernel becomes rapidly unresponsive thereafter.
