i915_gem_evict_something stalls

When I attach an external monitor (an LG 27UD68p-B) over USB-C, I get relatively regular (multiple per day) hangups.

This happens on a Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop running Linux rigter 5.7.0-rc1 #1-NixOS SMP Thu Jan 1 00:00:01 UTC 1970 x86_64 GNU/Linux (drm-tip at commit 18043327e8a9cba095bca9f80cdc70900a51f92c).

I've attached the kernel log kernellog.txt - this is not with debug information yet, will look into that later.

To my untrained eye this seems similar to #1179 (closed) and perhaps #569 (closed), but it's hard to tell so I figured I'd start with opening a separate issue.
