Need to apply Quirk for GLK NUC HDMI port to ECS Liva Q2

When running an ECS Liva Q2 with some 1080p displays (e.g., an old Samsung TV a P2470HD) the quirk from https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=90c3e2198777aaa355b6994a31a79c636c8d4306 needs to be applied to this model as well to get an image on the display.

Without this I get a "no signal" notice on the display when I boot with the display connected, but then disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable brings back the image.
