tests/perf: fix global-sseu-config-invalid for Gen11

In 15e8ffec ("tests/perf: respect gen11 restriction in disable
subslices") I fixed the global-sseu-config subtest which was affected
by the same issue. But the global-sseu-config-invalid subtest is also
affected by the same Gen11 restriction.
