Part of screen does not update often enough with selective fetch
The device is using a i7-1165G7.
Disabling selectiv fetch causes the screen to blackout for multiple seconds on mouse movement.
Modifying the source to force psr 1 or disabling psr completly makes the screen work fine.
Tested with some 6.0 kernel and drm-tip
