[Regression][Intel Braswell] Cursor gets stuck on left side of the screen
When moving the cursor to the left side of the screen, it stops close to the edge. The cursor still moves over in the area but invisible until I move it out of the area. When it doesn't do this, glitching occurs on the screen where the cursor is until I log out. And on screen cast it shows the cursor going to the side of the screen and moving. bug already discussed here:Link

Other information:
the lock on the left side of the screen disappears if you install xf86-video-intel, but the problem of the mouse flashing and multiplying persists. It also causes total system freezes.
Although I said that the distribution is Manjaro, I actually tried with Arch Linux, Ubuntu 16.04 Unity, Ubuntu 18.04 Gnome, Ubuntu 19.10, Ubuntu 20.04 daily, Linux Mint Cinnamon, Kubuntu, Kde Neon, Fedora, Opensuse. The problem persists with all distros and with all desktop environments
With Mesa and Modesetting, the left part of the screen is unlocked especially when watching videos in full screen or at 60fps on Youtube in this case the mouse starts flashing and multiplying, as seen in the photo
The Wayland session does not solve the problem
Considering that I have tried various distros with different release times, the bug affects many kernels
I also tried to install the latest 5.5 on Manjaro
On Ubuntu 14.04.6, the xserver-xorg-video-intel-lts-xenial package is installed
I don't know if it is connected to xf86-video-intel
