Incorrectly working when amd gpu is secondary gpu

Currently (as of version 19.30-934563) there is a problem when using amdgpu pro opengl driver alongside with intel gpu. It is usual configuration for laptops (a.k.a. hybrid graphics), but also applies to desktop in case you set intel gpu as primary. When you boot your machine, you get a black screen, but mouse cursor is moving normally.

Any suggestions? Will it ever be fixed? I suspect Reverse prime could probably be a solution/workaround, but I cannot find instructions on how to configure Reverse PRIME with amdgpu pro drivers. Could you please provide instructions?

Additional info: I constantly get complains about this problem from viewers of this video. Lots of people are affected, including me. I then decided to file this report and asked viewers to vote for it. I think this bug could be related. I can make a test with Arch Linux or with Ubuntu, if needed.
