PSP (Platform Security Processor) Issues

Issue Summary: PSP (Platform Security Processor) commands LOAD_TA and INVOKE_CMD are failing with error statuses.

Logs:

amdgpu: psp gfx command LOAD_TA(0x1) failed and response status is (0x7)
amdgpu: psp gfx command INVOKE_CMD(0x3) failed and response status is (0x4)

Expected Behavior: PSP commands should execute successfully without error, and the secure display functionality should work as intended.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use an AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics card.
2. Run a typical workload or graphical task to trigger the PSP functionality.
