With kernel 6.10 when using HDR with a refresh rate >= 144 Hz, the top side of the screen starts flickering
Brief summary of the problem:
When using HDR with a refresh rate >= 144Hz the top side of the screen starts flickering, note that this doesn't happen at 180Hz with HDR Off, 120Hz with HDR On or when using a previous kernel version from 6.10. I reported this bug to KDE but after a test we found out that it doesn't happen in kernel 6.9.10 so I'm reporting it here, you can see the report here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=490567 I could easily reproduce this bug 100% of the times I tried.
