Power Management Issue with RX 6700 XT
Brief summary of the problem:
When playing a video on Firefox with HW acceleration and playing a game at the same time, my fps drop a lot after around 10 seconds. Changing /sys/class/drm/card1/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level with high fixes the issue. https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/games-lagging-a-lot-when-playing-a-video/119435/6
