7900XT incorrect power limit
Brief summary of the problem:
Using my 7900XT Nitro+ i am only able to set power limit as high as 333W (AiB officially rated as 368W, i have also confirmed it to work just fine on 400W on windows), which is way below the official rating let alone what i can set in Windows adrenaline driver
