Graphics artifacting on Lenovo 14APH8 iGPU when using 6.5.0-18-generic on Plasma 6.0/Wayland/Xorg
Brief summary of the problem:
Possibly related to #3097 (closed) As the example artifacting is very similar, but localised to areas undergoing animations/display updates.
Examples of artifacts and glitches seem to occur after sleep/wake cycle.
There were lots of artifacts present in 5.27 but they were manageable. Now I don't really want to ever sleep my system.

System information:

How to reproduce the issue:
Generally noticeable around the system, but otherwise sleep/wake will make glitches much worse, especially when doing any action to trigger desktop animations such as opening/closing the start menu (Kickoff)
Other Info
This is on Wayland and xorg, but more often on Wayland for sure. Apologies if I'm not very helpful with helping diagnose this bug, I'm pretty out of my depth in terms of experience messing with Linux firmwares.
