Variable Refresh Rate causes external monitor to go black for short periods of time.
Before submitting your bug report:
Brief summary of the problem:
On KDE Plasma 6 RC 2 (5.93.0), having adaptive sync set to "automatic" for my external monitor will cause it to turn itself black for short periods of time when any sort of fullscreen content is encountered, and then come back afterwards. This happens at seemingly random intervals. The times it goes off it does not go off for long enough for my monitor to consider that there is no signal and try to go into standby. Setting it to "always" will cause this behavior throughout the desktop and setting it to "never" leads to normal displaying of fullscreen content.
The built in display has no form of variable refresh rate so this issue does not occur for it.
I initially thought #2966 might related, but switching to a 6.1 lts kernel did not fix the issue for me.
