[AMD RX 7900 XTX] Frequent System Lockups, seems to occur at random
Brief summary of the problem:
I was playing Grim Clicker while watching a Youtube video on Firefox.
The issue is quite frequent, I see it 1-3 times a day, it requires forced shutdown to reboot my computer. I can't reproduce the issue, it appears to happen at random. It happen while writing this issue, thank god for GitLab saving draft.
I've tried setting `power_dpm_force_performance_level` to high, but it only seems to lessen the issue and not solve it.
