Page fault in Doom Eternal after upgrade to Mesa 23.3.4

After upgrading to Mesa 23.3.4, Doom Eternal with Raytracing enabled causes a page fault 100% of the time after shooting a weapon.

How to reproduce the issue:
Settings in-game are on Ultra Nightmare with Raytracing enabled. Load any level and start shooting. Disabling Raytracing fixes the issue.
