Monitor "restarts" when running high hz and moving windows (or similar "gpu intense" work) after kernel 6.4.6
Brief summary of the problem:
When running kernel 6.4.6 - everything is working flawless, I can run 120 hz and all good. When running kernel 6.5.6 or 6.7.0.rc3 - the screen restarts, like turns off for a second and the starts again, similar to when you apply a different res/hz to the screen when moving around windows or similar. I have recorded the behaviour here: https://drive.benis.se/apps/memories/s/8cMz42wMjM5FacJ
