Random screen flickering white on high refresh rate display
Brief summary of the problem:
I got a GIGABYTE G34WQC hooked up via DP to my Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 XT. It spontaneously flickers white-ish if FreeSync Premium is off. If it is on, however, it still flickers but instead of being full white, it just brightens up the entire display for just one frame, and then it goes back to normal.
Also, it is AWFULLY SIMILAR to #1991 (closed), though that one was closed AND I don't seem to be able to work around the issue by forcing max MCLK.
