crash / all screens black. `[drm:amdgpu_job_timedout [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ring vcn_dec_1 timeout`
Brief summary of the problem:
I usually have frequent short freezes (every 30 seconds to few minutes for 2-10 seconds each) when playing YouTube videos.
Now for the second time, the freeze lasted much longer and then all screens went black. No return to login screen or so, I had to hard-reboot. The rate of occurance seems to be random, I am not actively doing anything else when these videos are playing (such as playing other media etc.). However, I cannot guarantee the PC isn't doing any other "media work" such as encoding or decoding in the background.

- System Memory: 32GB DDR4
- Display(s): 2x4k resolution. One Samsung, one LG
- Type of Display Connection: One DP, one HDMI. I also connected my AV receiver via HDMI, but only use it as audio output (still, it's registered as screen in Linux)
System information:
- Distro name and Version: Fedora Workstation 37
- Kernel version: Linux 6.4.6-100.fc37.x86_64 #1 (closed) SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon Jul 24 20:38:53 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
- Custom kernel: N/A
- AMD official driver version: N/A (no idea)
How to reproduce the issue:
For this installation of Fedora on this PC, the video freezes have always occurred, for ~16 months now. I cannot explain it in any more detail since it doesn't seem to matter what I do, every (YouTube) video playback has this issue.
