AMD Vega 64 random crash `ring gfx_high timeout`, unable to recover until full reboot
Brief summary of the problem:
GPU timed-out and seemingly couldnt reset after multiple tries, was working again properly after a full reboot

How to reproduce the issue:
The crash this time was random and i could not reproduce it willingly, but it sometimes happens byitself (rarely) (not even while in high load)
